REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping on our website. As the products we sell are food items (including instant noodles, heat-and-eat meals, frozen dumplings, and frozen steaks), please carefully read the following terms and conditions before requesting a refund or return:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds/Returns
    If a product suffers from quality issues, spoilage, damaged packaging, or if the wrong item was shipped, you may submit a request for a refund or return within 24 hours of receiving the goods.
    Please provide relevant supporting documentation (such as product photos, order details, etc.) to facilitate verification.
    Returns requested for personal reasons (such as a mismatch in taste preferences, accidental purchase, etc.) are generally not accepted; we appreciate your understanding.
  2. Refund Processing
    Once your request has been reviewed and approved by our Customer Service team, we will provide return instructions or proceed directly with the refund.
    Upon receiving the returned items (if a return is required) and verifying their condition, we will process the refund within 3–7 business days.
    Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase; the actual time required for the funds to reach your account depends on your specific payment provider.
  3. Shipping Costs
    Return shipping costs incurred due to product quality issues or shipping errors will be covered by this website.
    For returns unrelated to quality issues (e.g., returns approved under special circumstances), the shipping costs must be borne by the user.

Please do not return items without prior confirmation, as doing so may delay or complicate the refund process.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns and ensuring the items are securely packaged (frozen foods, in particular, must be kept at a low temperature).

  1. Special Notes
    Frozen foods (such as frozen dumplings and frozen steaks) are not eligible for return if they have thawed or if they have spoiled due to delays in delivery/receipt.
    Users shall bear full responsibility for any product damage or spoilage resulting from an incorrect delivery address provided by the user or from a failure to be present to sign for/receive the delivery.
